Just OK, not up to Liverpool standards

Just OK, not up to Liverpool standards. I have several pieces from Liverpool, and have loved every piece from this brand but this one. The fabric is good, but the sleeves are like 1 inch too short. Maybe that is the way the designers wanted it, but it was a little weird. I can wear it with the sleeves rolled up and no one will notice
