Cute but runs small

I needed this for a special occasion. In dresses, I'm usually a 0 or 2, so to be on the safe side I ordered a 2. It was so small there was no way I would be able to wear it. It is too bad, it's a cute dress and the bow details are very pretty. Def size up!
