Nice but not special
I wanted to love this because it was my first chance to try a Penhaligon’s fragrance, but I was left pretty underwhelmed. On me, it started out very gingery, and then dried down to a generic floral scent. I could verrry faintly smell it about 6 hours later. Everyone’s chemistry is different, and I’m still developing my knowledge of fragrance, so maybe you will love it!

Smells beautiful
This eau de parfum smells absolutely divine! Liquid love is a perfect name for it. The pink peppery musky sandalwood notes all stand out, and the blend is immaculate. I received a compliment about it from a stranger 3 hours after spraying it on. I definitely recommend it to anyone who likes the following fragrance notes: Pink pepper, ginger, musk, and an undertone of sandalwood. A lot of musky fragrances tend to be extremely strong, however this one is not too overpowering. It lingers and has a nice scent longevity without being overly strong. Very good!

Sophisticated
I’ve actually used the entire sample size of this scent (used for about a week) and I really enjoyed it as a daytime fragrance. The note I got the most out of this fragrance was the rose. Even though I did really like this scent it didn’t really smell like me. It does have a mature blend to it without it having old lady smell. I prefer to label this as an “old money” and “classic” scent. It doesn’t smell cheap—it’s sophisticated. I would recommend this to a business lunch or anything around the workplace.

I likey!
This scent- at first- seemed strong but it toned down within minutes and lasted ALL DAY without being too much! It is a floral/ clean sent. It sprays on perfectly in a mist. The packaging looks very European/City girl with the red/black and white. The decanter it comes in is also very unique and cute.

I love the way it smells I just wish it was a little bigger then a sample but I'm grateful and I would buy this the packaging was neat I love perfumes that smells fruity

If you like rose fragrances, that’s for you
Unfortunately, this product wasn't suitable for me. I enjoy floral fragrances, but this one has a very strong rose scent and I don't like that. The packaging is adorable and appears to be well-made, but that was the only positive aspect.
