After owning a similar roaster (in size and material) for 16 years, I was on the fence on this one when trying to replace it as I'm not very big on brand names, but after using it a couple of days for several recipes, I couldn't be happier with my decision. The preheat time has been faster, the cooking is even and the clean up is easier. The work put into creating this high quality roaster is visible from a mile away. I enjoy setting it on the table when dining with my family and look forward to a lifetime of use that may very well outlive me.

Wow. What a difference just a simply design table can make. This table is a game changer for any room. For me it was ideal for the kitchen. I put out the old table and in with this beast of a table and the entire room got a magnificent upgrade. All smiles from me. You certainly won't regret.

Great roaster!
I've only used this roaster once so far to make lasagna, but I love it! It is plenty deep so that the lasagna did not overflow and make a mess all over my oven. I was afraid to use a knife or even a metal spatula on the enamel to cut the lasagna, but a nylon spatula cut it just fine. I also love the Caribbean color that matches a few other Le Creuset pieces that I have. I'm sure I will be using this roaster a lot this fall and winter and I'm glad I made the investment in this beautiful roaster!

Great for roasting and baking and serving!
Do enjoy using this roaster as it is versatile -roast, bake and holds heat well. Clean up is easy and soaking with a little detergent does the job. Would recommend this roaster as you will definitely use it for a very long time!!

Best roast pan ever
I just purchased this roasting pan last week. I have used it several times already. I roasted a chicken and it was great, nicely browned and evenly cooked. I also baked in this pan. The best part is the clean-up, nothing sticks to the pan. I am planing to buy more ale Creuset pieces in different sizes.
