Laura recommends applying with the Finishing Brush. Using the Finishing Brush, pick up a small amount, then lightly tap off excess. Dust a light layer all over the face, or focus on cheekbones and other areas you want to illuminate.

Lovely

Such a lovely powder! Use this daily and just makes my skin glow! Highly recommend wish they don’t a travel size so I could take to work/out for the day with me

Don't use all over face as advised!

I'm a bit fed up. In 'how to apply' it says "Dust a light layer all over the face, or focus on cheekbones and other areas you want to illuminate." So, I bought this powder thinking it would give me a soft dewy radiance. Wrong! Instead, I look like a throwback from 2001 when a 17 year old me felt glittery face and body powders were the height of sophistication. I personally think this is a highlighter, unfortunately I have loads of highlighters. Used as suggested sparingly to highlight cheekbones etc it would be fine - alas, it doesn't meet my requirements and so is just a waste of money.

Made my face glow

I'm in love with this product. I have tried different types of Illuminators and so far this one is my favorite. Sets nicely . Looks natural. Like a beach glow! The price is just right. And will last a long time. I love the little holes and the lock system, that way you will use only the right amount and not make a mess. Great product.

Beautiful soft glow

I've been looking to purchase this powder for a few months now, but was afraid it would be too shimmery or have sparkles in it. I was completely wrong on both counts. This mineral powder gives your skin a nice sun-kissed glow. Definitely adds just the right amount of warmth to my fair skin. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a soft, light touch of color to brighten up his/her complexion. Laura Mercier never fails to deliver top quality cosmetics.

GORGEOUS Highlighter

The Candlelight color is seriously one of my favorite things, ever. It's a coral-y pink with a gorgeous gold shimmer. I have tried for so long to find something similar to this, or something that compares but it is seriously irreplaceable. You can use a fan brush for a little shimmer or larger brush for more illumination. I honestly get the perfect look with my fingertips. This is my absolute favorite highlighter this summer!
