Lovely Dress but Issues with Fit

I like this dress but returned it for two reasons. The neckline totally exposes your chest and bra when you bend forward due to the drapey cowl like neck and the bottom of zipper on back has a strange bump which causes the dress not to lay flat and create a strange crease.
