Bracelet Obviously the Wrong Size

I was shipped a Lagos bracelet that was obviously the incorrect size. I ordered medium - which should have fit wrists 6.25”-6.75”. The bracelet I received measured 6” around. I called Bloomingdale’s and was able to return the bracelet at no cost to me. It’s taken several days to get the refund. The representative I talked to said he didn’t recommend ordering the bracelet again, because there was no way to guarantee that I would receive the correct size. I would say that is very bad for business!
