Soft fabric, weird fit

I like these shorts. Fabric is soft and very comfortable. The length is weird, however. They are at least an inch longer in the back than the front. They also are more loose fitting and not high waisted but mid. Debating on keeping because fabric is so great, but fit is a little off. Especially for the price.
