Awful product change
Appalling formula change. It is absolutely nothing like the original and the change hasn’t even been alluded to in the listing. This new formula actually dries out my lips more. So so disappointing. I have been using this lip balm for 20 years and now have to look elsewhere.

New formula is worthless!
The new formula is nothing like the old one!! You should change the name because this is misleading marketing!! Also the price has gone up for this new formula which is not anything like the older formula which actually worked!

A Face Care Staple for 20+ Years!!!
I have been using this balm for 20+ years and it is the best! No flavor. Quickly absorbs and nourishes. I have lived in every kind of climate - from hot and arid, hot and humid, and bitterly cold Midwest and Northeast US winters. This balm has been stellar

Can't use new formula
I just opened a new one this morning. It burned my lips. It was thinner and smelled unpleasant to me. I will not be using it. Luckly I still have four of the old formula, I will be looking for an alternative. I hope you don't change my favorite face lotion. I have been purchasing both products for more than twenty years.

Works even in extreme cold
Hands down, the most effective lip balm! And it can withstand extreme cold (and heat). I used this lip balm in the brutal Michigan winters and in the hot Palm Springs summers and it saved my lips.

A magnificent product gone wrong
I have been using Kiehl’s lip balm since it used to come in a tiny jar! It was absolutely amazing! Not anymore. I am appalled by the new product / it is absolutely terrible. It smells like rancid oil, it looks awful and it burns / dries my lips. I have stopped using it and will not buy it again unless the company brings back the original formula. Sorry to see this product being literally ruined. I was a super loyal customer 😢

Love it
I really like this lip balm. I feel as if the packaging could be cuter, and I find their handcream is more effective, but this is also a pretty nice product.
