Great product
Bought for my partner who has been using this for years. Highly recommend for gifting as it’s a good filler. Partner loves this product and can’t be without it!! Always says it’s a good cleaner and his skin feels better after using it, way better than just soap and water!

The previous formula had a minty, clean scent, lubricated and lathered well. The new formula loses the scent, feels watered down and does not lather anymore. I will no longer be purchasing this product.

I really like Kiehl's products so I thought I would try the men's Energizing Facial Fuel Wash. It has Menthol which cools and soothes after washing face. However, it is a gel that does not foam very well, so you have to use a lot of the product. I would recommend to Kiehl that they upgrade the ingredients to make it thicker to foam better.

I'm a longtime user of this product and have to agree with other commenters that the new formulation just isn't as good. I can get over the fact that it doesn't lather as much, but the chemically smell is intolerable. I hope you'll keep refining the formulation.

New NOT Better
The new formula is a disaster. Smells like bathroom cleaner, does not feel the same. Loved now Loath. Sorry Kiehl’s, please fix this! I used this produce for years but will now look for alternative products/brands. Let your customers know the reasons behind completely changing a product.
