Way too cropped
For an item meant for ages 7–13, the level of cropped cut appears bizarre (at best). The proportions are inappropriate—the sleeves are full length, but the body of the sweater is so short that it exposes more of a child’s waist and stomach than seems suitable for this age group.

Like toddler sizing
The sizing on this is so far off. My 10 year old measures to a L based on the size chart so I ordered L and XL based on the reviews saying to size up. The sleeves were ok but even the XL was cropped and super tight. It looked so tiny coming out of the box that I thought it was an XL for a toddler. The material is super soft so we were bummed that it didn't work, but the cut and size of this sweater just don't make sense.

Too cropped
I didn't even have my 13 year old try this on. When I took it out of the box, it looked SO short and small that I knew it would not look right on her. If you want to try it, I'd size up.
