A low profile, high performance rug pad with strong gripping power, recommended for preventing rugs from slipping in high traffic areas. Thin Lock combines a thin layer of felt with a rubber backing. A coarse felt upper layer is designed to grab and hold the bottom of your rug to prevent rug bunching and wrinkling. This pad can be easily trimmed with scissors for a custom fit. A rug pad is essential to keeping your rug attractive and to extend the life of your rug.

Not what is advertised

The description of the rug pad on this website says it is .25" or 1/4" thick. The rug pad delivered is probably not even 1/16th of an inch (see picture below). It is so thin, not at all what the description says. For that reason, I am returning. Please correct the description of this product. It is way off.
