Black smoke

I don't know if it's just the particular candle I got but there is so much black smoke coming from it, I'm unable to use it. I tried trimming the wick, with no luck, it left marks on my walls that I can't get off. Such a shame as I've never had this problem with Jo Malone candles in the past. I love this scent though, so fresh and uplifting.

Most favourite candle scent ever.

I love this candle the scent is so comforting, I burnt this candle after my son of 2 at the time, returned home from hospital after a tumour from his tummy had been removed successfully. It was the scariest time of my life and to have him home all clear and that candle made me feel safe and calm.
