Elegant and comfortable

It’s running narrow and small as other JC shoes, I usually wear size 8-8.5 and I ordered 9.5. It’s still narrow but comfortable and so chic. Can’t wait to wear it for the next party.

Wrong shoe inside the box

I just receievd these heels in size 39 and 39.5. I always two sizes for size comparison. The size 39.5 shoe box matches the correct description but the shoe inside was completely different. It’s some kind of jimmy choo slides in size 40. What a shame!! This is truly unacceptable from such high end department store. Management needs to take corrective steps of their staff in order to make them train properly so that they can atleast double check shoes inside the box before shipping them out. Truly disappointed.
