An inspiration made real by the meticulous combination of Rose Damascena extract, Rose Centifolia from Grasse, France, and the CO2-extracted patchouli leaves, with the aldehydes turning everything into a hyper-detailed image. The high-resolution rendition of something wet and in motion. Jil Sander Earth Eau de Parfum is a contemporary interpretation of the iconic chypre rose structure.

    Olfactory Series 1, the first Jil Sander fragrance collection under the direction of Lucie and Luke Meier, fuses botany and technology in six minimalist, unisex formulas in which the olfactory marks of aldehydes cut across key ingredients, giving every fragrance unique shapes and volumes.

  • About The Bottle

    Thanks to a long series of experiments led by the designers with an exceptionally skilled glass manufacturer, each bottle has a non-symmetrical shape and a unique glass repartition. At a closer look, small random imperfections make them all singular, like the persons who will make the fragrances their own. The bell-shaped white aluminum cap that covers the container performs a practical and an aesthetic function. It protects the fragrance from light, but when it is removed to apply the fragrance, it leads to a gesture that suggests holding a precious and personal creation.

Love this earthy, soft rose scent

Not my favorite but not entirely bad.

I received this free from Influenster for my honest review all opinions are my own. I didn't quite care for this scent.Its mailed outdoorsy and like burnt wood. Not saying it was a bad perfume, but it was pretty decent.And some people have different tastes in scents but I wasn't thrilled with it. It's was woody,.with notes of spice,aldehydic, balsamic.

Good perfume

Don’t know how to describe this as it’s unlike any other perfume I’ve smelled before, but the description of puddles of water really sticks out. It smells really good and not too overpowering but it’s a nice add on for me and the packaging it comes in Is beautiful.

Very nice, just not for me

This perfume has a very nice scent, it just was not right for me. The bottle has a very interesting design, and you get quite a bit for the price. My mother on the other hand, loves it!! The scent was not overpowering and lasted a long time.

It smells like grass after the rain

The perfume evokes the essence after the rain: that humid, earthy and organic atmosphere. The perfume feels floral-earthy, with a fresh, green feeling. At first it smells more like flowers and then it feels more wet ground and intensifies. It has a good fixative and a peculiar packaging.

Beautiful idea, but not wearable

I wanted to give Jil Sander Earth a try because the concept sounded beautiful — rose, patchouli, and something that captures the scent of the earth after rain. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me. The opening is soft and floral, but it quickly turns into something that reminds me of damp potting soil. I know some people love that realistic earthy quality, but for me it felt too heavy and overwhelming to wear as a perfume. The longevity is strong, which is usually a plus, but in this case it just meant the scent lingered longer than I wanted it to. I can appreciate the artistry behind it, but it’s not a fragrance I’d reach for again.

Sleek design and refillable

The packaging is stunning and unique , minimalist yet elegant and it looks beautiful on my vanity. At first sniff from the spray cap, it can feel a bit intense, almost overwhelming. But once sprayed, it reveals a much softer, more refined scent that lasts well throughout the day. It settles into something subtle, warm, and comforting that, for me, feels especially well-suited to the fall season. The only con is price, pretty steep but if I am not mistaken I believe it is also a refillable bottle so that’s something’s to keep in mind.

Sweet flowers
