The sandals were uncomfortable. I expected more from the brand and price. Returned.

Run small

These shoes run small and tight. The bottom is supposed to be a comfort shoe but it is very uncomfortable.

OK....

These are just OK for me - defintely not as comfortable as I had hoped. Took some breaking in. Will keep as it's a good neutral but won't be ordering another pair.

Uncomfortable

I wanted to love these shoes and am so sad that they turned out to be a big disappointment. I have had a pair of Jacks for many years that I loved, except the flat sole was no longer working for me. I was thrilled to find the style in a comfort shoe. The shoe is beautiful and the footbed is very comfortable, but the shoe itself is extremely uncomfortable. I have been trying to break the shoes in by wearing them around the house but it just wasn't helping, especially the left foot. I finally got out a ruler to see what was going on. The leather strap between the toes in the left foot is about a quarter inch shorter than the strap on the right foot. Also, the fold in the seem of the strap in the left foot is facing in a different direction than the seem in the right foot. This may seem insignificant but it does make a difference in the comfort of the shoe. I would expect this quality in a cheap knock-off, but not from Jack Rogers. I am sorry to say that I do not recommend this shoe.
