Beautiful shoe; terrible fit.

I bought my customary size, 8.5, on line. The shoe is HUGE. Too long, too wide and too heavy to boot. The wood heel has heft so the show is a lot to drag around and the sole doesn't bend comfortably. It's going back. The shoe is beautiful, but needs a wide foot to work.
