Great product, terrible customer service

The boots are absolutely amazing but I bought them on sale and they never arrived (shipped but carrier never received) but all Bloomingdale’s would do was give store credit back and I had to re purchase at full price. Love the boots, never shopping at Bloomingdale’s again.
