Lovely lipstick
This formula is a dream! Glides on with a beautiful sheen but has great staying power. I wear cypress and either wear it on its own with hourglass liner in candid, or i use this lipstick in the centre of my lips on top of the hourglass matt lipstick in orchid. Will definitely repurchase

Gorgeous!
The satin lipstick by hourglass is such a pretty lipstick. It’s so creamy and blends so nicely onto the lips whilst creating a hydrating barrier with a beautiful lip shade! The only downside is that the lipstick does not last and moves around a lot and comes off easily.

Not as transfer proof as I wanted
The shade is a gorgeous bold red and applies smoothly, but the formula didn’t last as long as I expected. It starts strong, then fades unevenly after a couple of hours. Comfortable to wear, just not as long-lasting or transfer-proof as I hoped. Will use up but wouldn't repurchase

Great lipstick
This is more than a lipstick it is like a treatment too. It's really moisturising on the lips. I really like the shade, it is Sahara and is a really sophisticated brown neutral shade. I have actually used it on my eyelids too, looks really good. I definitely recommend.

Glamorous packaging
I recently tried the Hourglass Unlocked Satin Crème Lipstick in the shade Sahara, which I received in my Space NK calendar. The packaging is incredibly glamorous and eye-catching, yet it is lighter than it appears. One downside is that the lid can be a little tricky to put back on securely, which can be slightly frustrating. The lipstick itself has a lovely, creamy consistency that glides on smoothly, making it easy to apply. However, I’m not particularly keen on the shade Sahara—a terracotta shade. Overall, it’s a luxurious product with great texture, but I was disappointed by the colour.

Beautiful creamy lipstick
I bought this lipstick after Megan Moroney and her makeup artist revealed her lip combo. They use 2 lip liners from another brand and then this lipstick in the colour tropical 332. So I hopped on here and ordered it all immediately and I am so glad I did! This lipstick is so creamy it almost feels like a lip balm on your lips rather than a lipstick. The colour tropic 332 is a nice pink which is cute on its own but when you pair it with a cool toned brown lip liner and a lip gloss on top (which is what megan moroney does) it transforms the lip look and creates more depth to it and gives you a stunning everyday look or even a classic dressy look. I let a friend borrow it when we went to a concert and she was obsessed. Ive just purchased one for her which will be her Christmas present. I cant wait to get more colours and suggesting it to everyone and anyone that will listen

Dove and Lotus
I have both colours and they are wonderful to mix and match. The application is smooth and finish long-lasting. My skin shade is medium to dark and these colours really compliment me. The colours take you from day to night effortlessly without standing out too much. Pair it with a brighter lip liner if you want a bolder finish.

Sahara
I got the shade Sahara in the hourglass lipstick in this year's space NK beauty advent calendar. It's not usually a shade I would go for but it's a lovely deep warm autumnal shade for this time of year. The texture is much more creamy than the other type of hourglass lipstick which is more matt and I find drying on the lips, so I much prefer this!
