SHADE: SAHARA

Warm, brick brownish red shade that works well with my medium skin tone. This was included in the spaceNK Christmas advent. Gold packaging feels luxe, the formula is so comfortable to wear. Pigmented shade that lasts long, but still needs reapplication a few times during the day. A nice lipstick but there are so many cheaper alternatives.

Lovely but not last long

This lipstick has a beautiful, rich and deep colour that looks very elegant on the lips. The satin crème formula feels comfortable and gives a lovely, smooth finish. It applies easily and makes the lips look polished and well-defined. Unfortunately, it transfers quite a lot and doesn’t have great staying power. It needs frequent reapplication, especially after eating or drinking. Despite this, it’s a great choice for a short wear or when you want a luxurious look for a few hours

Long lasting colour

I received this in the most recent advent calendar in Sahara dusk. The colour is a lovely deep shade that goes well with my skin tone. The colour has lasting power and it’s hydrating enough that it doesn’t dry out my lips throughout the day. Applies smoothly and the packaging is great.

Lovely colour and finish, doesnt stay

So I do love this lipstick and the colour and hydration is amazing. That being said, I found I was constantly topping it up, especially in the middle. I have found some others just have better staying power and this once clings to the edges and doesn't stay in the middle. I think if you need a nice lipstick for a moment its great but for a whole night you may struggle.

Great quality

I received this in shade Sahara in the Space NK advent calender. The shades a deep, warm sienna and has a uniqueness. I love this hydrating formula from Hourglass and this is very buildable and has such a nice quality to it. You can do a more sheer base or add more as this definitely has impact in a swipe. It's light and nourishing on the lips, and feels really smooth. This glides on seamlessly with precision and also has great staying power. The packaging of this is so luxe and encases the product perfectly. Theres a lot of versatility to these and i’d definitely try another shade of two from this collection.

Lovely shade - unfortunately doesnt suit me

I recieved the Sahara shade in my Space NK calendar, it is such a lovely deep orangey red colour, but unfortunately when I tried it, it pulls far too dark orange on my lips (pale skin girly) and doesnt look right. The formula is creamy with a lovely satin finish, although my lips feel quite dry after a while of wearing it, but I tend to suffer with dry lips in general.

nice product

This is such a lovely little lippy cracker - a little bit of everything. This is a great gift for a bestie, auntie or mom. I bought it for myself and it bringes me such a joy to use those lip items every day. Feels like a little luxury that I cannot get enough of. My lips get so dry during winter season, therefore it suits my needs perfectly.
