I love my Hokas
I actually purchased the Gaviota (not Arahi). It fits well and feels great!

Very disappointed!!!
Received these shoes as a gift and wore them to walk every morning in the treadmill, started wearing through in the heel- large chunks of foam wore clear through. Was pleased that they stood behind their guarantee and they replaced them due to "manufacture flaw". New pair did the same thing but in half the time! I asked them if this was a design flaw that other people had experienced and they suddenly said that it had to be MY FEET (even though in my 55 years I've never had this problem with ANY other brand of shoe) and there suddenly was NO manufacture flaw and I was told there was nothing further they could do… so much for customer service! I will no longer purchase from a company that blames the customer and won't stand behind their products.

We get how important it is to have a dependable pair. Due to many different factors such as terrain, frequency of wear and natural elements, some pairs may wear quicker than others. Although we do cover manufacturing and material defects, normal wear and tear isn't covered under our warranty, and we cannot override the final decision. Not worth the hype
I have a pair of slip on sketchers that offer better support. Hoka was good to replace due to sizing issue, I had to pay more for an upper scale shoe. But then again my Sketchers offer a better fit. I have walked close to a hundred miles in the Hokas. I feel I gave them a great chance. Plus they do not wash well.

Comfort and appeal
This shoe is comfortable and helps me keep my balance. I use an additional insert as I had some foot surgery and wanted to be sure I had good protection when I walk on uneven terrain. I bought half size larger to allow room for the extra foam insert. The shoe goes with all colors and so blends nicely with your outfits.

Feet and leg saver!!!
New to the HOKA family. Purchased a pair of Clifton 10 while on a family vacation due to extreme foot and leg pain. Fell in love with HOKA. Purchased these to use as work shoes. Love the stability and balance features. No more leg pain and sore feet!! On my feet all day for work. These are lifesavers!
