small and mighty!

I recently purchased the 8" Polished Clad Stainless Steel Skillets with TITUM® Nonstick for my daily eggs and whathaveyou for individual-sized cooking. This pan is amazing. Great heat transfer, weight/feel, and everything slides right off. This thing can do it all with ease.

Incredible Non-stick!!!

The TITUM series of pans have been such a great quality of life improvement when cooking sensitive foods such as eggs or scallops. While those foods and similar can be cooked on stainless, the ease of use is just nice to have with those less confident in their stainless use. These are the go to pans for my wife who is not as use to heating and use of stainless. Durability is on point and the weight and ergonomics of the Luxe version are a thing of beauty.

Excellent Cookware

The stainless steel skillet with TITUM nonstick is amazing. No utensils required, just warm the pan, add the food, and slide it out of the pan when done. Simple cleanup. Why have anything else?

New 12” nonstick

Best Omlettr Pan

I got this as a replacement for my old (Misen) pan which had started to break down. I love this as it is light, agile and best off all, completely nonstick. First thing I made was dry fried eggs and they slid around the pan like they were greased!

Worth the money

These pans are superb for all nonstick applications. They create a maillard reaction crust on meat at remarkably low heat, medium at most whereas medium-high is necessary with other skillets. You can get a perfectly crispy skin on a chicken thigh in about half the time of a Cybernox skillet. Lower heat and short cooking time means less smoke from the pan. They clean very easily.
