Our new Hestan pan is definitely the best cookware I've used. Cooking is perfect, food turns out exactly as it's suppose to, and cleanup is very easy!!! One piece of advice though, do follow the heating and fat instructions before using.

Hestan Essential Pan- 3 1/2 Qt
This essential pan is awesome. I have been using it to cook oatmeal on a weekly basis. The rounded sides make it so easy to easily stir the food, as well as it makes it easy to spoon everything out. I have found this pan to clean up easily, too, either by handwashing it or washing it in the dishwasher. It also retains its shine after cleaning. I gave it 5 stars in every category, except for "value" as it is very expensive.

The Cherry on Top
After finishing a serious remodel of my kitchen, I knew it was time to finally upgrade my pots and pans. Boy did I make the right decision! Hestan quality is unsurpassed, and the options are many, which allowed me to create a set that totally serves my lifestyle. I consider these Hestan pieces a valuable part of my remodel, and knowing they will serve me so well and beautifully for the rest of my life is a great feeling. Superior Cookware
I have now made several dishes with my 5 qt cook pan and from the moment I took it out of the box it was clear this is a pan for heavy duty cooking, from the heavy gauge metal to the fit of the lid to the finish, it is an ideal utensil. It really is accurate to say the heat is evenly distributed and the pan delivers. It will do the heavy lifting this Thanksgiving for sure and, for that, I am excited.

My new GO TO!
This 3. 5-quart saucier is sensational—size absolutely matters! While I love my 2-quart models, the extra-generous space here is superb. It handles big-batch stews or boiling pasta without the boil-overs or the need to pull out an oversized stockpot for a simple meal. And the quality? Like all my Hestan cookware, the beautiful out-of-the-box finish sparkles like new after every use.

Versatile as all get out
This is a great pan. It heats up very quickly on my induction stovetop. Cleans up easily. A joy to use as the ergonomics are good. I no longer struggle to move good to a serving bowl or container. I’m adding additional pieces soon.
