My order

I was extremely disappointed with this sweater. It was advertised as cashmere, but the material was very thin and completely see-through — definitely not worth the price. Even worse, the way it arrived was unacceptable. It was shoved into the bag, wrinkled, with no tags, no labels, nothing. It honestly looked like something from a thrift shop or second-hand store, not a brand-new item from Bloomingdale’s. For such an expensive piece, this is shocking and disgusting. I returned it immediately. Bloomingdale’s should not be sending items in this condition.
