Great Dresz

runs VERY small. I always wear a 4 in Guess but, this dress runs a size smaller. definitely order up a size.

You have to have the exact right proportions...

This fit me perfectly through the hips, but the chest was too large. You must have to have exactly the right curves for this to work. Should have known better, given some of the other reviews. Honestly you can really even tell on the model in the picture if you look closely enough.

Classic and sexy

I just purchased this dress in a size 6. I am 5' 4 and 117 lbs. I normally take a 4-6. --34-28-35. The top and bottom fit perfectly. Top fits like a glove and doesn't drop down if worn with a fitting strapless bra. It has a perfect classic Hollywood icon look with a modern twist (the sleeves). The fabric is light and great for the summer. Highly recommend for a sophisticated, fun, yet sexy look.

Cute Dress But...

I ordered online based on sizing given on website. I compared Guess website sizing with that provided on Macys and found them to be different. I ordered a 4 but normally wear a 2. Guess tends to be more of a Juniors brand so I thought maybe a 4 would work. Well, tight in the top and very baggy in hips and stomach. So baggy that I would have to have it altered. I found from the Guess site that I should have ordered a 2. I'm confused so will be going to Macys to try on the 2 and decide from there. It is very cute but if ordering online with no Macys close to you for try on, I would recommend getting 2 dresses and returning the one that doesn't fit as well. If it helps, I'm 5"6', 120lb 34C/D-26-35.5. I think Macys said a 26 waist was a 3/4 and the Guess site said a 26 waist was a 2. Who knows :) Happy shopping!

Looks great, Fits poorly

Loved the fabric, the pattern and the cut of this dress, until I tried it. It seemed disproportionate. I’m usually a size 2, but it looked small so I tried a size 4. The top looked and fit great, the bottom was too tight, it bunched and crept up. I was in a hurry so I bought a size 6. When I tried it at home, the fit was opposite of the dressing room. The bottom fit nicely, the top was too big, it gapped, it dropped. Sadly I’ll be returning it.
