Quality product

We first came across product in Dubai as a sample , my wife loved it ! The scent of her hair and the way it made her scalp and hair feel was something else. Who is responsible for orders delivery

I have not received it yet! I ordered it 7 days ago and was told today by CS I will get it in 2 more days. My order was delivered to Chicago on Jul 11 and then sent somewhere else. CS rep told me to ask UPS about that. Is Bloomingdales not responsible for orders delivery?

Amazing quality and result

A lovely product, I have been using it for a few weeks and it made a big difference to my hair. I have fine and long hair, which looks very dry but gets greasy very quickly if I use a hair oil. But Guerlain oil it's totally different: the oil is very light and it doesn't make my hair heavy or oily. I love using it and I would highly recommend it without any doubt.
