Do better bloomingdales

Very small. Just thrown in a box so it was completely open and necklace tangled when I received it. I only bought to get my earned points $25 for every $100 spent and CS not only will not add my points but say I do not have a loyalist account. Hmm. Funny I can see my account and is attached to my bloomingdales card. Worthless and poor customer service. Just another example of stores not giving a crap about their customers. Very disappointing from a high end store. I expect better especially when spending alot of money.
