Nice but scratched

This necklace is a nice simple piece,that can be worn with a casual outfit, ehich is what i was looking for. It fits nicely on the neck and gives the option for 2 different lengths. However, the item came to me with the chain in knots, and the heart pendant was scratched. Highly irritated and disappointing. I would have been satisfied with the product had it come in good condition, Bloomingdale's is wrong for sending this product in this condition.
