These sound fantastic when paired for stereo audio. The quality over the minis, nest minis, and Google Home speaker is night and day. If you have google speakers in your home, it's time to upgrade to these.

Not all that smart
it's no good the so called smart speaker would play then STOP did it to many times sent it back got a Bose smart speaker works great

Hi Mr. ole, thanks for sharing your experience with Nest Audio. We do apologize for the connection issue with your Bose smart speaker. Resetting Nest Audio may help improve the connectivity issue. A factory reset will reset your Nest Audio to its default factory settings. To reset, check on the back of your device, switch the mic off. The lights will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Audio, near the top. After five seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting. If the issue persists, please consider contacting our support team. If you’re referring to pairing your Nest speaker as a soundbar, we don't officially support pairing Nest speakers with TV with Chromecast built-in as an audio output for video playing on the TV. You may get it to work a few times, but we can't guarantee that it will always pair successfully. We suggest submitting a feedback using the keywords Pairing Nest speakers with Chromecast devices for video, using the Google Home app or voice command. Good sound
An upgrade for sure, compared to the original. Even though this has more microphones, there is still some issues with getting the unit to acknowledge the command. Still better than the original. Easy setup and connects with the previous set up with no problems.

If you haven’t yet, you can try doing the following: Retrain Voice Match - On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app. - At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match. - Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain. Change Nest Audio's hotword sensitivity - Open your Google Home app. - Select your Nest Audio. - At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon. - Then tap Audio. - Then tap ""Hey Google"" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Audio more responsive to the hotword. If the issue still persists, we suggest reaching out to our support team so that we can take a look at the issue and help improve your experience. Unhappy
Worked great until Google lost the Sonos lawsuit, now my 12 Google/Nest speakers are filled with issues and problems. I want a refund.
