I’ve mainly used it for mashed potatoes, and the texture comes out light, fluffy, and completely lump-free—way better than mashing with a fork or even a regular masher. Cleaning is surprisingly easy too; the basket pops out so you can rinse it quickly without food getting stuck in awkward corners. It is a bit large, so it takes up some drawer space, but that’s honestly the only minor downside I’ve noticed.
