sales people don’t care about the customer in blooming dale shoe department. I have to wait for 20 minute to get help two sales person was chatting fidye even look and see if customer need help . I personally ask if they can help me. this happened more than ones .
Horrible customer service
I bought for my daughter’s 18th I paid to expedite shipping. Never received. Then 5 days later finally received them and they were not only the wrong shoe but a man’s shoe. Was told to return to receive the right shoe I ordered. Sent back and saw return was made. Called and asked if my correct item was sent out, they stated yes. Four days later still no email or shoe called again to find out the shoe was no longer in stock. Had to order another pair and it was truly ridiculous as this was not only a $530 item, but my daughters 18th birthday gift.

Nice looking but doesn’t fit every foot
I decided to buy these because they were rated as the one of the most comfortable sneakers. Unfortunately they don’t make half sizes. I am usually 6.5 but had to buy 6. It is tight at the tip and when I wear longer than couple hours gets very uncomfortable.
