so disappointed :(

I bought the same pair twice, and both had an issue with the insoles not laying properly in the shoe. Had to return twice. Sad because they look really cool! Bloomingdales (both in-store and live chat) was super helpful with both returns, noting they were defective out of the box. My other pair of GG did not have this issue, so maybe a batch issue with this particular style.
