Wrong item/incorrect label

This picture is not what you get when you order the laces. I received navy shoe laces with gold stars. Despite speaking to customer service to correct this error and ordering the replacement, both orders came in with incorrect items. So, if you are looking for black shoe laces and golden goose lettering, these aren’t it!!
