Missing Knives

Not a review of the actual product, because only the knife block was received, no knives. After speaking with customer service, the agent (who was very nice), informed me that the knives were out of stock when the original order was placed, but for some reason the block was still shipped. A refund was promptly issued, just not sure how this was allowed to happen in the first place.
