Horrible experience

Disappointed with Bloomingdales. Costumer service is not responding. We still are waiting for the call from customer service Our brand new sectional couch , was delivered less than a month ago with leather scratches and another issue with less firm cushion We waited two weeks for inspector to arrive , he arrived -this was last Tuesday, his name was Gus. Gus took pictures and made some comments how the cushion part is normally less perfect since it’s the middle section of the sectional- I rsponded to him the floor model was perfectly fine reason why we chose this couch. Gus then goes on about the leather scratches on armrest states “so you don’t want a touch up kit” - i said to him “ ARE YOU KIDDING ME. NO!” It’s a two week old couch. Then Upon leaving Gus tells me we would get a phone call that evening , to discuss next steps. My husbnad and I , we are still waiitng , it’s monday next week. This is a joke.

Well designed and good quality sofa

Sofa with quality finishes and elegant, very careful design and comfort in various positions. Spacious and comfortable chaise lounge. Very satisfied with the purchase and the service of Bloomingales.
