Blouse that never came

I ordered this blouse and it went to a billing address instead of the shipping address that was clearly on the order. It went around the country for 14 days! I finally made the contact with Bloomingdale’s and they said it was returned to sender so expect a refund in 10 days. It was their mistake and no real apology just a link for a new customer (which I wasn’t discount for the next purchase (which is a joke if you’ve ever looked at the exceptions for the discount). I won’t be shopping at Bloomingdale’s again.
