    Herbalist Sebastian Kneipp once said that growing Sage in your garden is like having your own pharmacy at hand. Some research suggests it helps with long-term memory, creative thinking, and attention span. There are over 900 species of Sage worldwide, with 19 of them having their origins in California. Among these native species are Hummingbird Sage, Pitcher Sage, Black Sage, Purple Sage, Mexican Purple Sage, and White Sage— all currently growing wild at the Estate after a Winter's rain.

    Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500ml.
    Philip Asquith, a fourth-generation Olive farmer, grows this exclusively for the Estate. His Olive Oil is the stuff of legend. The trees are over 150 years old and can't be harvested with machines because the fruit will bruise. This makes the harvest slower but intentional, and the Olive Oil has a lot of complexity and nuance. During harvest, the Olives are picked by hand and pressed immediately. The result is this fresh, vibrant, green, and peppery Oil.

    The new Hand Soap is rich in botanicals and impeccably-sourced ingredients. Featuring a regeneratively-grown formula that uses Babassu Oil, Rosehip Seed Oil, and Olive Fruit Oil, the result is a honey-like texture that's nourishing and cleansing.
