Beyond terrible quality control!

Please note the bag is nice and just as pictured. I received my package about 20 minutes ago. I’m leaving a 1 star review because I received a damaged, used, bag that clearly has a broken, detached strap. The hardware is severely scratched and the paper that wraps the strap is taped with surgical tape and dirty with food stains. The bag was thrown in the box in a clear plastic bag, tag detached, no tissue paper, nothing. I’m actually shocked that this was allowed to be shipped to a customer. I find myself buying more and more directly from the designer websites. I’m tired of the stores treating customers this way. Bloomindales, do better! I would recommend the purse if shipped as ordered.
