Pretty dress but disappointed in customer service

Not sure if the dress is worth the money yet because Bloomingdale’s shipped it rolled in a ball in a tiny plastic bag so it looks like it’s from goodwill for now. Appliqués are completely folded over and a mess. Also a perfume sample was put in the bag so it smells like the perfume counter. Seems TTS and is lined but super disappointed in Bloomingdale’s, especially for a 300+ dress
