High quality and super warm

This is a really cool jacket that keeps you very warm with the fleece worn on the inside. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when worn with the fleece outside, you can see the beautiful native pattern but the nylon shell against the skin isn’t too comfortable. Btw I normally wear a large but I have super long arms and tall slender build so I went XL. It feels nice and sleeves were long enough although a bit big around the waist for me

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND QUALITY

Ashley was so helpful when my package went missing and sent another one out right away (xmas pressie for my husband he is a HUGE Faherty fan). The new package arrived shortly thereafter and then the original one showed up, I have emailed Ashley/Faherty customer service to see what to do about the second package (unopened) happy to send it back. My husband LOVES the sweater jacket and loves that it reverses! Thank you Faherty!
