Bait and switch

Original listing said duo of 1.7 oz bottles. They relisted it as 1.0 fl oz which you can see since I'm now the 'first' review. I used my 20% off promo and it seemed like a really good deal until I received the smaller bottles. Contacted customer service and they said the only thing they could do is return my item. I would lose my 20% off coupon. No offer for credit or discount for the trouble. You can even see in the receipt that they don't bother to list the size of the duo even though all the other products sizes are listed.Obviously they either deliberately or accidentally listed the incorrect size on webpage and relisted it. I also only received 2 samples instead of 3 even though I spent over $300. Take screenshots of the original listings!

Miss the former

This is runny and not as refining as the previous product you replaced. The former made my face feel smooth and had a wonderful texture. Miss the other and agree with others who wish you would bring back the other formula.

Great purchase

I decided to give it a try after a fail attempt using another product (Musely) for months for my dark sport. With Perfectionist Pro I could see slight improvement after 2 weeks and I am so happy to see my skin every day. Looking forward to what it will look like everyday. Will update once I finished my bottle.
