Beautiful comfortable and fits like a glove

This dress arrived too late for the event I wanted to wear it to, but it fit so well and is a steal at the sale price, so I'm keeping it. I'm 5'6" and 128 lbs with a fairly small bust. I don't know the brand well, so I ordered a 4 and a 2 to make sure one would fit. At first, I thought the 4 was perfect, but then I tried the 2 and it fit a bit better (small bust) and was still comfortable. The 4 would be more forgiving, but the gorgeous black fabric is a bit matte while also having a bit of a glow or reflective quality that would mask imperfections well. I was concerned about itchiness or cheapness of the mesh overlay, but it was not at all uncomfortable to me and does not look cheap.

Beaded Twist Overylay Neckline Not For Me

I really wanted this dress to work for me. It looked like it would be the right size and length. I am 5’2” and 119 lbs. and I always need petite sizing for the length. The dress fit in the bodice, but was very long (well below the knee). Additionally, the beaded twist overlay looked pretty in the picture, but the embroidery lines of flowers and piping was scratchy and the ends of the piping on the overlay looked frayed. I was disappointed and promptly returned the dress.

Timeless Classic Dressy Black Dress

I bought this stunning dress for a gala event abroad a cruise ship. I don’t normally have a need for a cocktail dress very often. This dress is so classic it won’t go out of style soon. It’s very comfortable and forgiving with the crepe like fabric and the beaded overlay nicely covers my upper arms making it wonderful for 60s +
