Don't Hesitate

I am delighted with my purchase of the Boiled Wool Coat in Adriatic. The light weight boiled wool feels luscious and keeps me surprisingly warm without bulk. The color is a lovely, a unique blue that wears with much in my closet. The high collar works with numerous necklines & keeps me warm when the wind blows. The 36 inch length covers tunics & sweaters with ease. I can dress this piece up with a skirt, dress or slacks. It just as easily transitions to jeans and a tee for a pulled together look. As with all EF I sized down. Size Small remains generous on my 5'9", 34B, 150 frame allowing winter layers. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again... In fact, I am waiting for the Deep Claret version to arrive as I type. This item is my favorite EF purchase of year.

Not my favorite - large and bulky

I'm a big fan of Eileen Fisher styles. This jacket was a bit bulky and heavy for me. It overwhelmed my short and curvy body.

It's a bathrobe

I like simplicity, but this looks like a wool bathrobe. It does run large, I ordered a size down from my usual EF size

Lovely coat!

The adriatic color is beautiful. The fit is generous and I sized down from my usual EF size M. The coat is lightweight and has an open front.
