Dont love the straps

The shoe itself is comfortable however, the straps are super loose and look odd on the foot.

The heel is about the right height, comfortable and attractive, as is the rest of the shoe. I like it very much.

I needed a pair of

I needed a pair of black shelled sandals and purchased these. They were cute and the price was good. However, as another reviewer mentioned the strap over the top of the heel is wide and loose. I added a sole cushion to raise my foot up into the strap a bit.

These are so super cute,

These are so super cute, and I desperately wanted them to work, but the top straps are too loose on my feet and are unadjustable. I'm going to have to return.
