I ordered a 1/2 size up and they were too big. Going down a whole size, since the in-between size is not available (fingers crossed). Super comfy, no issues with zipper, as other reviews stated. I love this boot!

Beautiful

Saw these on line .. reviews were not great on other sites complaining about the zipper . The sample boot zipper I could not budge ! But the other sizes the salesman brought out I had NO problem In store they had the grey Comfortable and true to size I recommend
