Used & Bent

This should be rated negative 5. Why were these sunglasses sent to me used or heavily handled with the arms splayed out and the frame crooked / slanted? These sunglasses arrived with NO ORIGINAL PRICE OR LABEL TAGs. Reselling heavily used and poor condition items on a 25% off sale with all the labels removed and the merchandise in poor condition is cheating me, the customer, when the store fails to advertise it as "used" or "previously owned", so that the customer does not waste her time, expense and expectations on falsely advertised merchandise. Why re-selling returned and used and abused merchandise?
