Poorly packaged upon delivery

This is the second item out of five that were completely wrinkled/crumpled. Need to send it to the dry cleaner or back to the store 25 miles away. Really, badly packaged. This should never happen. The color is lovely, the fit is perfect, and the material is great. Love the pants, but there is no excuse to send items to customers that are not as you would expect to receive if you went to the store. Three of the other items were perfect.

Comfortable pants

Extremely comfortable pants, soft texture (resistant to wrinkling I feel like), wonderful high quality. Suitable for various situations, formal at work, casual at home or meet friends. Highly recommend!
