Beautiful and Sophisticated BUT NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Contacted customer service and was told to take it to MACY'S to remove the security tag...which is an hour drive each way I asked send a replacement and was told out of stock so I am returning and will purchase directly from DIOR.com. HOW COULD STORE CLERK MISS REMOVING THIS IS BEYOND ME!!!
