Disappointed in low quality products & service!

I always trusted in Bloomingdale’s but what I paid for almost 600$ called luxury's bag came in very low quality, the tag were removed, and the gold petal are scratches . Seems like you shipped the used bag for me . Very disappointed!

So happy with my new bag!

I absolutely love the bag! I have been eyeing for years online and could not believe when I walked into bloomies and it was right there in front of me. I do wish the store carried a bigger selection of colors like the brand has online, but black is classic so I'll have this for a very long time.
