Best coffee ever!

This machine is amazing! It’s so easy to operate and makes excellent coffee. My favourite is the latte which uses fresh cold milk and heats / froths it quickly.

Product issues!! Help!!

I bought this about a year and a half ago. No problems until recently. Now the “puck” bin fills up with excess water, and coffee is no longer in puck form. Appears there may be an internal, inaccessible leak as well. I asked for service communication a few days ago, and no response. For the equipment cost, and date of purchase this is unacceptable. Product was great before this water fill up issue.

Excellent Machine

The quality of the espresso is stunning - far better than I expected. And the milk frother works great. I also appreciate the thought that went into the self cleaning features of the machine, which regularly cycle. Great purchase!
