Bad packaging. Not taken care of.

Terrible packaging. Came in a Bloomingdale’s box. Not a DY box. Cheapens the item. You’re paying for DY quality and the brand name not to get a garbage jewelry box from Bloomingdale’s. The necklace was not secured during transport. Came tied in a knot.
